Eligibility

• Item must be returned with original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds
